So relax, our with our great turnkey service covers everything you need to pull off the event you are hoping for groups between 50 and 150 people. Ultimate comes with a Carving Station, Sauté Station AND the Amazing 12 Item Heavy Hors D’oeuvres Buffet. As expected, your cake, decorations, linens, chairs, furnishings, audio/visual, bar and a dedicated coordinator are there to make the event a hugh success where you and your guests show up and enjoy yourselves. We have you covered!

You come with the ideas and we are the ones that make it HAPPEN! We work from photos, collaboration and a blend of our extensive decoration inventory with your most creative pieces to give you the look and feel that makes your event 110% unique. Bring it on because there isn’t much we haven’t had thrown at us! Timing and flexibility is what we are all about with options for Rehearsals and Reception Only, we can easily adjust to what your event requires - We even offer an additional hour for those events that just are not ready to come to an end! 4 Areas to enjoy your guests both Inside and Outside at any time of year, we have the perfect venue for your event. People come to Wintergreen for a Country Setting, our Spacious Reception Hall, the Large Covered Veranda, our beautiful Garden Wedding Arbor, pictures by the Expansive Fireplace and the Spacious Courtyards. There isn’t a mood or setting you could desire that we can not setup with you. With comprehensive Evaporative Cooling and Heating Systems, your guests will be comfortable anytime of year. Weather is ALWAYS a concern for our clients so rest assured that every OUTDOOR event has a contingency plan to move under cover should weather roll in - there isn’t much we haven’t overcome in the past to ensure that our visitors have an amazing event that will be remembered.
