Let us take the worry and stress out of preparing for your event with our All Inclusive package that handles everything from the Food and Bar to setting the mood with our Ambiance and Decorating - making sure everyone is ready, excited and relaxed!
The Party Package
Party Planning can take the fun out of enjoying the party itself! With our all inclusive Party Package you will have a wonderful venue, decorations, food and services that guarantee that everything is handled - and YOU can enjoy the party too!

The Menus
12 Item Heavy Hors D’oeuvres Buffet, Including Carving Board and Sauté Station Selections ( for an opulent reception. Dozens of freshly prepared, delicious selections to choose from, including beverage choices, all beautifully presented.
Our Facility
The Fully Decorated, Open, Spacious Reception Hall includes Tables, Chairs, Linens, Decorations, Easels, Guest Book Sign In, Mirrored Walls, Personalized Marquee Signs, Dance Area, Bride’s Dressing Room, Food and Gift Table Elegantly Decorated with Linens to the Floor. Blend our extensive inventory of decorations with your own pieces to make the place all your own!

Chapels
Four Different Wedding Chapel Settings. The Garden Setting, The Covered Veranda, The Lawn, and Inside in Front of The Fireplace. Chapel Settings include an Aisle Runner, Columns for Unity and Memorial Candles, and Centerpiece Options.
Outdoor Amenities
There are extensive outdoor Entertainment areas to enjoy that include 25 wrought Iron, patio tables with 100 chairs. An elaborate Evaporative Cooling System comforts the outside in the Summer. An array of Heaters are included in the Winter as we close in the deck for comfort and convenience.
Worry Not!! - should weather threaten your scheduled time, our experienced staff is trained and ready to transition your setup to a comfortable sheltered area that guarantees to be a success
Time
All packages include five (5) hours of time.
Extra time may be added without issue, see package information for additional details. Wedding Rehearsals and Receptions are no problem and can be excluded or included with our packages easily.
Coordinator / Director
Our experience directors have seen it ALL and will help you every step of the way to plan and coordinate your full event schedule. For Weddings, our Experienced Wedding Directors will help you plan and coordinate your Ceremony and Reception from beginning to end. Your event is always a huge success with our team making sure everything goes exactly as planned
Ambiance
Event Up Lighting, Candles, Oil Lamps, and Sconces are provided to create a soft, romantic candle lit atmosphere. Dimmed Lighting, Topiary Glowing with mini Lights, The Garden aglow with Dramatic Landscape Lighting combine to create an Unforgettable Setting.
Audio / Visual
22 Speaker Sound System, indoors and out. Featuring an Extensive Music Library, Wireless Microphones, MC (If needed), Projector and Screen. A Sound Technician is on duty throughout your event. DJ services are available upon request to insure that your guests get a full and fun experience!
Cake
Beautiful, multi-layered Wedding Cake with choice of Flavors, Shape, Configuration, and Cake Stand. The Cake Table features floor length linens in a mirrored corner. Put our designers to the test (there isn’t much they haven’t already done) to create that perfect cake matching your decór or theme. Check our our CAKES GALLERY for some inspiration!
Cake Table Furnishings
A choice of either a Silver or Crystal Champagne Cooler, a Complimentary Bottle of Champagne for the Bride and Groom, and a Variety of Cake Knife and Server, Toasting Glass and Cake Topper Options from which to choose.
Staff Services
Complete set up of Furnishings / Decorations for your event, Complimentary Cake Cutting Service, full clean up after the event (by our staff), Full Kitchen Staffing & Busing, Parking Assistance (If needed). A Customer relations Assistant will be on hand at all times. You just show up and have a good time, we even pack up the leftover alcohol and food and send it home with the person of your choice!
Bar Services
The Use of our Bar is included along with the Bartender, Ice, Cups, Napkins, Stirrers, Cooling Tubs. Fans in Summer and Heaters in the Winter. No expensive drink markups here; we are an open bar whereby you bring the collection of drinks that you would like served and our experienced team will ensure that everyone enjoys a safe and responsible event. (Event Insurance is available and will be discussed during event planning)
