Catering, coordination, cake, décor, sound, climate-controlled spaces, setup and breakdown — included in the package. Want to add fresh flowers, bring a favorite florist, or extend the evening by an hour? You can. But the package is built so you'll rarely need to.

Wintergreen Woods has been family-owned and operated since 1993. The people who own it live nearby, know the grounds well enough to know which corner of the garden gets the best light in October, where the veranda stays coolest in July, and what time of day the lawn looks the way you want it to look in photos. When you tour the venue, you'll meet them. When you get married here, they'll be the ones making sure your day goes the way you imagined it.

All three ceremony settings — the Garden, the Covered Veranda, and the Lawn — accommodate up to 150 guests. The reception hall is built to host the same count comfortably, with room to move between dining, dancing, and the outdoor spaces. Smaller weddings work just as well; many of our most memorable weddings have been intimate gatherings of 50 to 75.
