The Grounds
The same place. A different kind of day.
The property that hosts weddings on Saturdays hosts other things the rest of the week — and it's set up for them all in the same way. The gardens, the reception hall, the patio and cabana bar, the climate-controlled spaces, the on-site catering, the parking, the team that handles setup and breakdown — all of it travels across event types.
The setting flexes. We handle the part that doesn't.
For the Night Before
Rehearsal dinners.
A wedding's quieter sibling — smaller in scale, more relaxed in tone, and often on the night before the celebration itself. Many couples who book their wedding here host the rehearsal dinner here too, on the same property and with the same team running it.
The format flexes around what the night needs. A seated dinner in the hall, drinks and hors d'oeuvres on the veranda, a casual gathering on the patio — whichever fits the group. Catering scales down naturally for the smaller count, and the setup is finished before anyone arrives.
Built for — Wedding parties and close family, typically 20–60 guests, the evening before the wedding. Works as a stand-alone evening for couples whose ceremony is elsewhere too.
For the Generations
Family reunions.
A property big enough for the whole family — grandparents on the veranda, kids running the lawn, cousins catching up in the gardens. The indoor and outdoor space together means no one's stuck in any one place all day, and the climate-controlled hall handles July and December alike.
Catering scales for a reunion's longer hours and bigger appetite — breakfast and lunch, an afternoon spread, a closing dinner if the day runs that long. The team handles food, setup, and breakdown the same way it does for weddings.
Built for — Extended family gatherings, up to 150 guests. Works for milestone reunions, annual gatherings, and out-of-town visits where the whole family is converging.
For the Company
Corporate gatherings.
Holiday parties, client appreciation evenings, team retreats, training days, leadership offsites, casino night fundraisers. The kind of corporate event that doesn't want to look like a hotel conference room — a property with gardens, a reception hall, a bar, and the feeling that the day has its own setting.
The format flexes for a working day or a celebratory evening. Coffee and breakfast service for morning sessions, full bar and catering for an evening event, breakout spaces for smaller group work. The team manages logistics so the host doesn't have to.
Built for — Holiday parties, team offsites, client events, training days, themed fundraisers, recognition dinners. Often 40–150 guests, on a weekday or weekend evening.
For Everything Else
And just about everything else.
The three event types above are the ones we host most often outside of weddings — but they're not the whole list. If you've got a reason to bring people together and you've been looking for the right place, we'd be glad to talk through what we can do.
Birthday parties
Milestone birthdays, surprise parties, themed celebrations.
Anniversaries
Wedding anniversaries and vow renewals — the day you remember the first one.
Baby showers
Garden showers, brunch-format showers, family gatherings.
Bridal showers
For brides who want the venue twice — once before, once on the day.
Celebrations of life
Memorial gatherings on a quiet property, held with the care they deserve.
Something else
Retirement parties, holiday gatherings, custom events — let's talk.
If your event isn't quite any of the above, that's fine — get in touch and we'll figure it out.
