Wintergreen Woods sits on a quiet stretch of Corley Mill Road, set back from the street behind mature trees and gardens that have been growing here since 1993. The property reads more secluded than its address suggests — guests arriving from Columbia or the airport find themselves on country grounds within minutes of leaving the highway.
The whole place is yours — nothing else is booked alongside your wedding. No other events overlapping. No shared parking. No shared anything.
Ceremony Setting One
The Garden.
A garden-style ceremony setting with a wooden wedding arbor, formal plantings, and the most intimate of the three ceremony footprints. Brides who want their vows framed by curated landscaping rather than open sky tend to choose this one. Up to 150 guests, the arbor as the focal point, the gardens as the wider backdrop.

Ceremony Setting Two
The Covered Veranda.
A permanent architectural ceremony space with a roof overhead, columns at the corners, and open sides that let the property breathe through. Couples who want outdoor atmosphere without the gamble on Lexington weather choose this setting as their primary — or hold it as a same-day backup if rain threatens a Garden or Lawn ceremony. The crew can move a ceremony to the Veranda in under ten minutes if the sky turns. Up to 150 guests.

Ceremony Setting Three
The Lawn.
The most open of the three ceremony settings — a wide stretch of lawn with room to spare. The arch we set up sits toward the shaded side; guests fill the lawn facing it; the rest of the property opens out behind. In spring and summer, the grounds are full green. In autumn, the whole property takes on russet color that photographs better than anything we could stage. Up to 150 guests, weather permitting.

The Interior
The Reception Hall.
The reception hall is the main social heart of the property. Tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, signage, and ambient lighting are all in place before you arrive. The hall has personalized marquee signs displayed for the couple, a mirrored wall reflecting the lighting and movement of the room, and a fireplace that anchors one end of the space. French doors at the back open directly to the covered patio, so guests move freely between inside and outside through the evening without anyone managing a doorway.
Just off the main hall is the bride's dressing room — fully appointed, mirror-lit, and available throughout your wedding. The room is the bride's home base: a quiet moment between greeting guests, a place to set down a bouquet or change shoes before the reception. Most couples don't realize it's there until they walk in.

Year-Round
Built for every season.
Lexington weather doesn't pick a single season to be hospitable. The property is built so the answer to "what if it's hot?" or "what if it's cold?" never has to be "we'll figure it out." Couples who book in February get the same property as couples who book in July — adapted, by design, to whichever month they chose.
Summer
An evaporative cooling system runs across the outdoor reception space, keeping the covered patio meaningfully cooler than the surrounding air.
Winter
Heaters take over from October through March, warming the same outdoor spaces so the patio stays part of the party.
Rain
The Covered Veranda holds ceremonies through rain without rescheduling — the crew transitions in under ten minutes.
Any condition
The interior reception hall is climate-controlled in any condition — the constant at the center of the property.
